What translators are working on across the ProZ.com network
Now I am translating a very interesting and useful book about streching (Eng-Hu).
For the past two months, I have been working with manuals (forklifts - Fr-Hu, smart TV), and I translated the presentation of many special, exclusive cosmetics. What a variety!
Between May 2019 and March 2020, I worked on 2 large translation projects for Überlingen, an idyllic city on Lake Constance, Germany. In preparation of the Landesgartenschau 2020, the local museum wished to be more welcoming for international visitors and asked me to translate the wall texts for 36 rooms from German into English.
The second project was the German into English translation of 19 display boards that will be set up throughout the city, containing information about important architectural and historical sites.
Amendments to the job I delivered yesterday, at the end client's request. Two hours. Answering questions, explaining the translation choices I made, proposing alternative terms. All part of the service.

A text about a brand of cradles and how these help parents feel secure, types, how these differ, how to use, take care, how they notify parents if baby has woken up or is crying, how they help baby sleep because of the gentle rocking.
Just finished translation 4500 words report on "Effective involvement of ethnic minorities in the municipal budget drafting" for the province of Kvemo-Kartly, Georgia (Sakartvelo). A remotely coordinated translation back-up to a local youth NGO. Time to have my Georgian lobio (red bean) soup!
