As a science, economics follows the scientific method.	Essendo una scienza, l'economia segue il metodo scientifico.
Hypotheses are developed from observations, and are tested to ensure validity (usually in economics this simply involves more observation).	Le ipotesi sono sviluppate a partire dalle osservazioni e sono testate per assicurarne la validità (di solito in economia questo comporta semplicemente una maggiore osservazione).
For results to be valid, an hypothesis must be capable of predicting an outcome more than once.	Perchè i risultati siano validi, un'ipotesi deve essere in grado di predire un risultato valido più di una volta.
