Pluralism is therefore particularly important for the development of legal scholarship, which is not always possible due to the traditional proximity of this branch of knowledge to state power.
В некоторых определениях или контекстах право может сливаться с системой права (объективным правом или просто с законодательством), либо с правовой системой.	In some definitions or contexts, law may merge with a system of law (objective law or simply legislation), or with a legal system.
При этом право как система права находит выражение в источниках права, а её правовое содержание определяется нормами права.	Law, as a system of law, is expressed in the sources of law, and its legal content is determined by the rules of law.
Когда же говорится о праве как о правовой системе, помимо системы права обычно подразумеваются и другие правовые явления: правовая культура, правосознание и правореализация.	When law is referred to as a legal system, it usually refers to other legal phenomena in addition to the legal system: legal culture, legal consciousness and legal implementation.
