Three hours into proofreading a set of EN>KO healthcare/administrative policy documents, covering patient credit and collections, financial assistance policies, payment plan guidelines, and deceased patient/guarantor account resolution. Around two more hours to go before final delivery—time for a short coffee break before the final pass.
