The opening of a game of chess is a battle between two equally matched armies.	Öppningen på ett parti schack är en kamp mellan två jämbördiga arméer.
There is no known method that will secure one player a decisive advantage over the other regardless of what the opponent does.	Det finns ingen känd metod som gör att en spelare får ett avgörande övertag över den andra oavsett vad motståndaren gör.
If there were, chess as a professional sport would most likely cease to exist.	Om det fanns en sådan metod skulle schack förmodligen inte längre vara en professionell sport.
Winning a game of chess depends on one's opponent making inaccurate moves.	För att en spelare ska kunna vinna ett parti schack måste motståndaren göra felaktiga drag.
The question "What is an inaccurate move?" can best be answered by trial and error.	Svaret på frågan "Vad är ett felaktigt drag?" får man bäst reda på genom att lära sig av sina misstag.

So you could say that White 'knows the secret' - except that after a handful of games have started with the same opening move, Black starts to realize that some ways of responding are better than others.
