Information Gathering: research potential customers, their needs, and spending habits in order to understand what sort of product, service, or idea they wish to buy.	Recopilación de información: investigar a clientes potenciales, sus necesidades y hábitos de consumo para comprender qué tipo de producto, servicio o idea desean comprar.
Evaluation of Organization Capabilities: decide what your organization can produce relatively well, and what your organization is not capable of producing based on the organization's specific strengths and weaknesses.	Evaluación de las capacidades organizacionales: decidir lo que su organización puede producir con solvencia y lo que no en función de sus fortalezas y debilidades.
