What is “governance”?	“አስተዳደር” ምንድን ነው?
The term governance often gives rise to confusion because it is (erroneously) assumed that it must refer solely to acts or duties of the government.	አስተዳደር የሚለው ቃል ብዙውን ግዜ ግራ መጋባትን የሚፈጥር ሲሆን ለዚህም ምክንያቱ (በስህተት) የመንግስትን ተግባራት ወይም ስራዎችን ብቻ ማመላከት አለበት ተብሎ ስለሚታሰብ ነው፡፡
Of course, governments do play an important role in many kinds of governance.	እርግጥ ነው፣ መንግስታት በብዙ አይነት አስተዳደር ሂደት ውስጥ ትልቅ ሚናን ይጫወታሉ፡፡
However, in fact, the concept is far broader, and extends beyond merely the State.	ሆኖም፣ እንደ እውነቱ ከሆነ፣ ጽንሰሀሳቡ በጣም ሰፊና ከመንግስት በላይም ይሄል፡፡
