平等兼併事实上並不常发生。	In reality, "merger of equals" rarely happens.
而是被收购的公司会在收购条款中要求对外称为平等兼併，即使它是一次实质上的收购。	The acquired company would request as one of the terms in the agreement of acquisition, that this acquisition would be publicly knows as the "merger of equals".
因为被收购通常被认为会带来负面影响，所以把它称为兼併。	This is due to the fact that an acquisition is generally considered to have a negative impact, an hence shall be referred to as a merger.
