A trade-mark is a distinctive sign of some kind which is used by a business to identify itself and its products and services to consumers, and to set the business and its products or services apart from those of other businesses.	商标是一种区分性标志，商家使用这种标志来为自己，自己的产品和服务确立身份，使之与其他商家及其产品，服务区分开来。
