On or before 1 July each year the General Contractor must prepare and distribute to the License Holder for the following Financial Year, a preliminary draft Work Program and Budget.	Генеральный подрядчик готовит и предоставляет Держателю лицензий предварительный проект Программы и бюджета работ на следующий финансовый год 1 июля каждого года или ранее.

There will be no reconciliation of any line item or amounts set out in the preliminary draft Work Program and Budget and the detailed draft Work Program and Budget prepared by 1 September.	Сверка позиций и сумм, указанных в предварительном проекте Программы и бюджета работ и в детальном проекте Программы и бюджета работ, подготовленном к 1 сентября, не проводится.
The General Contractor shall within two Calendar Months after the date of the notice referred to under Article 2 prepare a draft Work Program and Budget for the remainder of the 201х Calendar Year and submit that for approval by the License Holder.
