| 5.1 Treatment of Hydrostatic Test Water |

| When the equipment contact time with hydrotest water may exceed 14 days, an approved oxygen scavenger (see Appendix 1) shall be added to the hydrostatic test water. |

| 5.2.2.1 Wet lay-up shall be achieved whenever possible by displacing the hydrotest water from the line after hydrotest and replacing with appropriately treated lay-up water. |
