(a) Subject to these Bye-laws and to the terms upon which any shares may be issued, the directors may make calls upon the members in respect of any money unpaid on their shares which is not by the terms of issue of those shares made payable al fixed times.
(b) A call may be required by the directors to be paid by instalments.

(c) Upon receiving at least 11 business days’ notice specifying the time and place of payment, each member must pay to the company by the time and at the place so specified the amount called on the member’s shares.

(g) If a sum called in respect of a share is not paid in full by the day appointed for payment of the sum, the person from whom the sum is due must pay:

Insofar as the "Insured" described in the Schedule comprise more than one party each shall be considered as a separate and distinct unit, and the words the "Insured" shall be considered as applying to each party in the same manner as if a separate policy had been issued to each of the said parties and the Insurers hereby agree to waive all rights of subrogation or action which they may have or acquire against any of the aforesaid parties arising out of any occurrence in respect of which any claim is made hereunder, provided nevertheless that nothing in this Memorandum shall be deemed to increase the Limit of Indemnity in respect of any one occurrence or series of occurrences as stated in the Schedule.
