В то же время определения различных школ позволяют наиболее полно представить право.	At the same time, the definitions offered by various schools of thought enable the fullest representation of the term.
Поэтому для развития правовой науки особенно важен плюрализм, которого не всегда удаётся добиться в силу традиционной близости этой отрасли знаний к государственной власти.	Which is why in order to develop law as a science, a multitude of views is necessary, an endeavour sometimes hindered by the traditional proximity of this field of study to government authrity.
В некоторых определениях или контекстах право может сливаться с системой права (объективным правом или просто с законодательством), либо с правовой системой.	In some definitions and contexts, law may merge with the system of law (objective law or simply law-making), or with the legal system.

Когда же говорится о праве как о правовой системе, помимо системы права обычно подразумеваются и другие правовые явления: правовая культура, правосознание и правореализация.	When discussing law as a legal system, other features of it are usually understood alongside its interpretation as a legal system: legal culture, sense of justice, and the enforcement of law.
