The test to determine if a set of words in a mark are "clearly descriptive" depends on the immediate or first impression of the words as a whole rather than a parsed analysis of the potential meanings of the word.	It-test biex jiġi stabbilit jekk sett ta' kliem fi trademark humiex "deskrittivi b'mod ċar" jiddependi fuq l-impressjoni immedjata jew inizjali tal-kliem kollha kemm huma aktar milli fuq eżami analitiku tat-tifsir potenzjali tal-kelma.
This requires that the words be taken in the context of similar wares or services.	Dan jirrikjedi li l-kliem jitqies fil-kuntest ta' prodotti jew servizzi simili.
Simply put, words are "clearly descriptive" if they are "related to an intrinsic quality, character or be material to the composition of the goods or products, or describe a feature, trait or characteristic, or function/result of the goods or service"	Biex inpoġġuha b'mod sempliċi, il-kliem ikun "deskrittiv b'mod ċar" jekk "ikun relatat ma' kwalità intrinsika, karattru jew ikun direttament rilevanti għall-kompożizzjoni tal-merkanzija jew tal-prodotti, jew jiddeskrivi karatteristika jew għelm, jew funzjoni/riżultat tal-prodotti jew is-servizz".
If a mark is suggestive of another mark there is a potential that the mark may be unregistrable.	Jekk trademark tkun reminixxenti ta' trademark oħra, potenzjalment dik it-trademark ma tkunx tista' tiġi reġistrata.
