Les Parties s'engagent à ne pas remettre directement ou indirectement d'offres séparées seules ou avec des tiers, ni à participer à ce projet de toute autre façon que celle faisant l'objet du présent Accord.	The Parties undertake not to place bids directly or indirectly, alone or with separate third parties to the tender or to participate in this project in any other way than that covered by this Agreement.
Cette exclusivité est consentie jusqu'à l'attribution de la Concession ou, le cas échéant, jusqu'à l'annulation par l’OACA du processus de sélection du candidat pour ladite Concession.	This special condition is valid until the award of the Concession or, if necessary, until the cancellation by the OACA of the candidate selection process for the said Concession.
ARTICLE 3 - CHEF DE FILE - DELEGATION	ARTICLE 3 - LEADER - DELEGATION
La société ATU agira en qualité de Chef de File du Groupement.	The company ATU will act as the Lead Group.
A ce titre, les Parties habilitent la société ATU à présenter l’offre qui aura été rédigée en commun par les Parties dans le cadre de l’Appel d’Offres.	In this regard, the Parties empower the company ATU to present the offer that has been drafted jointly by the Parties under the Tender.
