I have a broad educational background. I started my student years by taking a grad in Pedagogy. I have also studied Applied Computer Technology, where the subjects was primarily in English. My latest studies was in work- and organizational psychology, which I found very interesting

Pedagogy is the discipline that deals with the theory and practice of education; it thus concerns the study and practice of how best to teach.	Pedagogikk er et vitenskapelig fagområdet som tar for seg teori og praksis knyttet til undervisning. Det handler således om å studere og praktisere hvordan man best kan lære.
Its aims range from the general (full development of the human being via liberal education) to the narrower specifics of vocational education (the imparting and acquisition of specific skills).	Målene med pedagogikk spenner seg fra det generelle ved utviklingen av mennesket gjennom allmenn utdanning, til mer spesifikke yrkesutdanninger.
In correlation with those instructive strategies, the instructor's own philosophical beliefs of instruction are harbored and governed by the pupil's background knowledge and experience, situation, and environment, as well as learning goals set by the student and teacher.
