Hello.
I'm new here. For some reason, my profile hasn't been updated although I have filled all the data and clicked on "save changes" a couple of times.
What am I doing wrong?

I just looked at your profile and it looks like you've been able to update some things. Are you still having problems?

If so, could you please let us know exactly what you're trying to add, and what browser you're using? Thanks!

it is added there is no option of save it because it get saved automatically

There should be a red 'Update Profile' button that will pop up at the bottom to save your changes. You must click that to save changes, your changes will not be saved automatically.

I guess the profile feature is still not completely under control. For instance, I can't change my background picture. I click on "Choose image", select a different picture, click on "Continue making changes", click on the red "Update profile" button. A cheerful message at the top of the screens tells me that my account settings have been saved, but nothing happens. Still the same old picture.

Am I doing something wrong? Is it because I am on Basic plan? For completeness sake, I am working in Google Chrome 52.0.

Hi Matthijs,

When changing your profile picture or background image, sometimes your browser will cache the old image, so even though the image has been changed on the TM-Town servers your web browser is still showing your old image.

Currently when I look at your profile I see a picture of grass and mushrooms as your background image. Is that the most recent image you uploaded? If so, you may need to clear the cache of your browser to see the new image. If that is not the most recent image you uploaded, please let me know and we can investigate the issue further.
