Deshi for Windows 10 does not work

Hi Sandra,

For Windows 8, 8.1, and 10, Deshi requires that you first install a helper program called Shoes. You can download it here.

Please reference this video which shows the full installation process on Windows 10. If you still have trouble, please let me know.

I also have a problem installing Deshi.
Shoes is already installed (build 3.3.2 r2741)
Then, when I start the downloaded Deshi file (v. 2.1.0), it displays:

Setting up for tm-town-desktop-2.1.0...
Shoes Setup
Preparing tm-town-desktop-2.1.0-win.rb

The progress bar gets stuck at round about 15% and this is how it stays permanently.
What can I do?

Remember that it happens after Shoes has been installed.
